About Bruce Hutchinson

After attending Appalachian State University, I moved to Asheville in 1995 to teach high school science. After retiring from teaching, I joined my wife in a real estate career. We complement one another in our real estate duties to our clients. If you choose me as your realtor, you will actually be getting two realtors to help you with your real estate needs.

When I’m not showing or listing homes, I enjoy hiking, walking my dogs Toaster and Strudel, or spending time with my family and friends. Being able to get outside and to experience the natural beauty of the mountains and the four seasons is what I love about this area. Of course, Asheville offers this and so much more with our great restaurants, breweries, and other entertainment options.

As your realtor, I will put your needs first. I still consider myself an educator since I work as an advocate for those buying and selling homes. The home buying and selling process can be overwhelming and has changed quite a bit over time. I will educate you through the steps to make this complex process as easy and beneficial as possible. I am detail oriented, and I have a good variety of knowledge since I have done some construction work and have lived in the Western North Carolina Mountains for over 40 years.
